Property is located two miles from downtown Fairview; the southeast and upper property is adjacent to Skyline Mountain Resort and Golf Course. I inherited the old Brady Farm dating from the 1800's and our family has owned it since 1972.
We are situated at 6000 feet and the property is accessible all year round.

Shopping and town businesses are located in Fairview and Mt. Pleasant (2-6 miles from our land). Utah County shopping is one hour to the north and Snow College in Ephraim and the beautiful Manti Temple 30 minutes to the south. Fairview Canyon with fishing, boating and other activities is nearby. Fairview: is located on highway #89, a designated historic "Heritage Highway". Fairview is the first town from the north heading toward Manti and located almost in the middle of the state of Utah. |
